What do we offer to test users?
We offer you to test the Insight-lab App for the next couple of weeks. It is completely free. We provide a 1-hour introductory training session and individual support during the test period.
You may use the app just for testing, or for your daily tasks.
All active test users will be amongst the first to get access to the fully productive, enterprise-grade Beta-Version of the insight-lab.ai App.
What is your commitment as a test user?
We are keen to hear from you about how to improve the usability of the app and the quality of the output. We are also looking forward to your feedback about successful (and less successful) use cases where you have used the app.
At the end of the test period, we will invite you to complete a questionnaire about your experience and the features you would like to be added to the app.
Since it is a proto-MVP version of the app, we ask you to take care of the anonymization of the uploaded documents yourself. We have signed a DPA with the provider of the LLM-API. Still, we strongly recommend anonymizing the documents uploaded to the research app. Further, it is your responsibility to keep a copy of all uploaded files on your systems and to download any results of the queries/answers in the app that you want to keep safely.
