… give future users a glimpse of how AI can help to write qualitative reports faster and in excellent quality.
… collect feedback from the community about the most important features and functionalities* of an app that supports the comprehensive analysis of transcripts of qualitative in-depth interviews, focus groups, workshops, and customer conversations.
… get a better understanding of the ideal user interface and drive UI/UX development.
For this reason, the current app is intentionally kept very simple and basic. There are two tabs for user interaction:
The “insight” tab is geared towards busy test users who quickly want to make use of the standard functionality: Summarizing and interpreting a couple of interview or focus group transcripts with specific, but straightforward prompts.
The “admin” tab allows to set some parameters and prepare the app for individual use cases, such as summarizing research papers, minutes, or a list of specific conversation items. In the admin tab, the user can define a specific role of the AI - “agent” when running through the transcripts, and choose whether the uploaded documents should be separated by a delimiter, which helps the agent to understand the structure of the input.
